Payment and Cancelation Policy
Payment is required to hold your spot. If you are paying by check, we must receive payment within two weeks of your registration or else you will be placed on the waitlist. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 14628, Durham, NC 27709.
Cancelations before October 1 will receive a full refund. Beginning October 1 you will receive a full refund if we are able to find a replacement team. Cancelations after October 20 will receive no refund.
